Back from my favourite tour yet!
Another year another ETO spring tour has ended.
This year I have been on probably my favourite ETO Spring tour ever. The productions were Mozart's La Clemenza di Tito, a Puccini double bill of Il Tabarro and Gianni Schicchi (which was hilarious) and Fantastic Mr Fox the Opera by Tobias Picker in which I played cheeky fox cub Penny Fox. All the productions were wonderful and the fox cubs and trees played by children all over the country were so talented (you should all be very proud of yourselves!) Aside from the tour I have embarked in some "extra-touricular activities" which I'll tell you about very soon! Again this year the highlight of the tour for me has been performing for the SEN children all over the country. We performed a fantastic piece devised by Tim Yealland called the fox in the moon with some of the best bits of music from Fantastic Mr Fox, A Midsummer Nights Dream and The Magic Flute. In fact in a few weeks I'll be travelling to Luxembourg to perform it there (more on that to come). Once again, I have met some of the most lovely people to work with. It's been a great combination of rekindling friendships and making new ones and I sincerely hope that I'll be working with them all again in the future.????
